How do I clean the tank of Frog poop ?

I have been researching Dart Frogs for a while now and I cant find anything on how to clean the tank. There most be a way to clean the Frog droppings out.

I use a hand held sprayer - about 1 1/2 gallon capacity with a pump. You wash down the plants and glass with the sprayer and the poop then gets washed down and composts / is used by the plants.
