LED strips in enclosure

Has anyone worked with lighting their enclosure for pfd with LED strips? My understanding is that they now come in different frequencies and are extremely cool temperature wise (besides being energy efficient).

Welcome to the forum.
We haven't used any in the tank, we have used LED mounted in the canopy. We use the blue ones for night/ moon lights, nice effect.
