New Supplement is Expired

So I just received a brand new package of Repashy Supervite from a "big name dart frog supply company".
The package expired last month. I haven't even opened it yet. What should I do? Is it ok to use? Should I call and ask for a refund/new shipment, etc? Thanks! Randall

Sending it back would cost "me" money... I don't feel I should have to bear that cost. It was not my mistake. It would end up costing me $20+ for a little 4oz. package after it's all said and done.

"Send it back' was my generic statement.
The overriding thing here, is that they give you a new supplement however it gets done. They reimburse or whatever.

Gotcha.
Yeah I'll be giving them a call in the morning. I hope they make it right, and quickly, as I'm without that supplement now. I guess I'll just use the Herptivite and Reptivite. They should be fine just getting these in the time being.

Well, I called the seller but I could not get ahold of anyone.(It is a holiday today)
So then I sent an email explaining the situation with the picture of the package. Within 30 min I had a reply/apology stating that they would be sending me a new package via FedEx and I should have it within 3 days. Within 30 min of that I receive my FedEx tracking number. All I can say is AWESOME customer service. I don't know if I've ever dealt with a company like this before. **(I don't know if it would be ok to post the name of this company on here or not. I don't mind giving positive attention to companies like this and help them out, we need more of them.)**

You can post good feedback here or on a related vendor feedback thread in that particular subforum. No worries here, unlike all the hoops you have to jump thru on DB.

I have done business a couple times with NE Herp and I agree they do have great customer service.
I like blue frogs!
