Chris first after reading this thread hope your health is better,ok for a novice,is it possible for you to export here? what papers would we need here,UK? at present i only know of frogs coming here in aroundabout route from understory then through 2 other vendors before reaching here, its far from ideal as we don't have anything to prove that they are understory frogs. We also now have a bi yearly event frogday which is seeing frogs come in from Holland. Personally i am not in any way ready for this but thought it might be of interest to you and the other UK breeders.I am curious as to how this works.

I actually submitted for an import and export license just recently due to a severe need for a pair of frogs like Grahams latest. The amount of work involved wasnt too extreme but there may be issues as to where you can actually ship and receive. I have much more to read up on but I'm going to get it finished and documented as to what exactly it takes on both ends.

fascinated to know how you get on Michael let us know...erm i know about those problems,i have the same deficiency,ha get this for funny,i posted about my love of these just after i started my room build here,in no time i was contacted and offered a pair just like Grahams,i turned them down...one because i didn't think i was ready, and i also didn't know about their erm legality...ahh mate they were so beautiful i had pics too...one day mate i will do these, they have always been my dream frogs that's what i wanted before i knew anything about scarcity or difficulty to breed or anything else at all i saw the pics and then some red bullseyes.

lot to learn yet mate,

I plan to give a step by step on what it took to get it all done, I went in blind, didn't know it costs to just apply. Probably should have asked Aaron or Sean about it first but I'm smart like that. I have an interest in this just from buy and trade approach. With myself and a few friends we can split shipping to make it worth it since we are all after something fairly rare and pricey. I have frogs that are wanted over there so it should sweeten the pot on getting a deal.

Posted SNDF License numbers above. LOVE the upfront info - first page of their website.

I'll post the license info on each person /company that has posted here when I get it....goes a LONG way to credibility, posting this information. It's publicly available anyway, so there would be no reason NOT to proudly display it.

Phil I plan to, waiting for all info now. Was a headache for me to do, fill out form 3-200-3, blue ink, and all the related info and what you plan to ship and get shipped in, Where you plan to house it and they wanted to know where you will be for the next 5 years....Mine however wont be used for business, sorry but its just a way for the friends and I to snag a few critters we are after, would be glad to include a few others in time.

Sounds good. Keep us posted on the procedure, time involved and costs if you can. You would be the FIRST to document everything, that I know of.....which would be way cool for the hobby.
