Questions on tads morphing to froglets

What is the best way to allow tads to morph to froglets? My tads are looking like they will be popping their front legs any day now... I'm thinking of setting up a tank or two specifically for this. Oh and how long once a frog pops its front legs before it is ready to leave the water completely...
