Soil Composition / Ingredients ?

I am a little confused at the soil that people are using for their viv's. I am going to be using a false bottom with the mesh between. Can some of you just write the soil or substrate composition / ingredients that you use for you viv's ?

I did use that mixture. I couldn't find the fine tree fern, but I sub'd some fine coco husk (1 part instead of 2 though). I found everything else all in one garden shop locally, and have plenty left over for more vivs in the future. The plants took and rooted right away, and springs are thriving in it, so it really is as good as they say it is and worth every penny I spent which was $20 bux for all of it.
