Water on substrate ok ?
#1
Hello, I have a bit of water running off the bottom of my waterfall onto a log below it. The water is running over this log and down the sides onto the substrate. It isn't a lot of water, basically the equivalent of a steady drip, but it is creating a tiny layer of flowing water on the log to the soil. I have a good drainage system in my vivarium and was just wondering if this could cause any harm? Thanks

Some plants won't like the constant water and will rot out.

If the only plants that could be effected is some moss, then it is not a worry.
