Hey I was wondering if anyone knew if any stores sell dart frogs in GA? Is it illegal to sell these guys in pet stores or just none are interested in selling them? I haven't seen any pet stores selling them.

Most dart frogs you will find in stores will be pale in comparison to the ones you can get from hobbyists. Also, many stores sell WC animals that were never qt'd, tested, or treated, and often at a price higher than you can get from other hobbyists.

So none of the hobbyist have tried selling to pet stores? I am just wondering why you don't see these guys taking off for how addicting they are and how beautiful of an animal.

We do ,but it's hard going. Most Pet Stores don't give a shit and the animals suffer and die. A lot of stores are unfamiliar or unwilling to even stock and culture fruit flies, for instance. When we find a good store, believe me, we pass the word around and recommend it. Few and far between though, mores the pity.

Dart Frogs are legal to sell in any state, AFAIK

You may want to double check Mass and some of those N.E states though....weird state, Mass.
