get in touch with Rich Frye, he is working with these, and he was also making a trip to the VA, Md area sometime this month. If he hasn't left yet, he might be able to bring these with him if he has them.
Yeah I have been in touch with him for a while and he thought he was going to have a few extra, however he ended up not having any extra this time :-(
