Are your Darks still calling this monster home Rich? How many froglets have you pulled out?
Unfortunately no Mike,
I had to break it down and toss it when I moved back to Chicago. Not a happy day ...

BOOO! That must have been rough. Any room to set something like that up in your new spot? I'm guessing the benefits to the frogs are huge...

I have some really cool giant acrylic sound shields ,for encircling crazy loud drummers, I plan to use to make yet another walk-in viv this summer. Have all the stuff , just not the time right now.

Bump... for those who haven't seen this.

A year and a half after first keeping frogs and my favorite feature is still the search button...
Crap,
Missed the 77, 777th viewing of this post without being made mention...
Got a few new ubers to be posted this year.
You mentioned in April having some new "ubers" up and running--got any pics, construction or otherwise? =)
Gotta revisit this ginormous thread.

The current new wave of Viv backgrounds is organic over inorganic (GS), especially the recent great leaps with hobbyists trying clay in it's various forms and applications. But all of this is for small to medium sized vivs. I would assume Great Stuff and other expanding foam products will always have their place in the hobby - to create boulders or large dividers, irregular terrain and some other sculpting purposes in really large enclosures.

Whoa Nelly !
Definately awesome Rich! Hope to see you do another one in your current location!
Crazy build.... Very cool. Cant wait to see the next one!!
I have constructed in the past two years. I do not plan on having this exact viv going for over two years before I move and have to break it down. Thank you for your information..

I'm not exactly sure what this means Donna. Care to elaborate?
