If I am shipping to Minnesota do I need heat packs ? I am using a styrofoam shipping box about 1 inch thick.
Hi Craig,
As long as the lows at night are in the 50s to 60s , and you are using a well insulated box,you need no heat or cold pack. Ship as early a guaranteed time as possible. I use UPS . They have a 10:30 am guaranteed time on almost all delivery locals, unless you are out in the boonies.

One thing to remember, heat will kill frogs MUCH faster then cold.
