Is anyone else having periodic problems getting the new site to come up?

It seems that I get the old page loading periodically instead of the new layout and when I try to log in I get an error message.

If I come back a few hours later I get it to load without a problem.

I've only heard one other person have this issue -and that was 4 days ago when we first started up.

I'll check it out.
