Meaning - "Resurrecting an old thread and bringing it back from the dead".

Go ahead and try it. Dust one off and add a little something to it and see if it catches. It's actually pretty fun and an easy way of jumping in without the pressure of a whole new Topic ect.

Remember...."What's old is new again". The new people can gain valuable info from being "directed" to an old thread. If you post on it - in effect, bumping it....they are more inclined to notice a thread where an older more experienced hobbyist has dug up and highlighted for good reason. They would possibly have never found and read it otherwise.

Very important IMO.

and....don't forget to dig through all the poll questions here and vote. Always something interesting, when you check back periodically on the tallies...
