Some people have been asking for some addtional pics of these "speckled" Eldorados and here's a couple. They are really bright reddish when young, but tend to "orange out" a bit with age.

These are F1 from SNDF 2008

Also, it's interesting to note that the "solids" with occaisonally throw a speckled one now and again. I'm pretty sure mixing the solids and the speckleds are ok.
Good looking frog. Seeing these makes me want to keep pums again, and I miss hearing their call.
He looks feisty, doesn't he ?
A couple of these guys are hitting sub-adult hood and are ready to go. Picture above is indicative of the nice redness and strawberry markings. Exact frog above is available still...

Couple more pics....
A couple of these are still available....nice juvenile and older ages.
Man those little guys are tempting.....They are pretty good looking little frogs.
Phil, I think I read some where that the offspring of the yellow morphs can be red or orange as well. Is this always the case or is it a mix.
Jim
I have only seen a few of those really, really yellowish frogs. Most "Eldorados" I've seen are the Orange, so I have no information on what the "yellow-er" type produces, ect.
Phil, the 08 Dorados are from Las Tablas and should be kept separate from all the other years. They are very nice frogs. I'm tempted to add these to my list.
Here they are Field, Jon ect al....

Got these while visiting Marcus at his warehouse - Spring of 2008 If I'm not mistaken. He picked them out and handed them to me.

That original pair has produced at least 35 froglets for me and now, at least 20 some for Craig - cbreon.

Eric Sweet and Ray C from New England / upstate NY has some....so does froggin' Eddy S. from NY.
Thanks Phil...I didn't remember Adam's last comment about Las Tablas though I have read this thread multiple times (and drooled over the pics).
Be sure to 'double' click on all the pics - I took them hi-res with my Sony DSLR.
They are so beautiful <3
Large sized 2008 imports - 'Eldorado' , most likely las tablas.
