Everyone...like or dislike our particular "Thanks" plug-in ?

I really like it. I think its easy to use and it displays well. The "Like" feature with the heart icon on the other forum, looks really weird (and kinda scary ) to me, anyway....

I like ours a lot more.
I like ours as well. I don't get the point in "liking" a thread over there if its not even linked to facebook or anything.
THIS may soon be more important that you think. It may become part of a feedback / classified initiative for advertisements.

Please continue to use this feature as intended - reward the good people and their helpfulness and excellent postings by clicking the thanks (thumbs up icon) button.
The problem with this is it doesn't exist if you use tapatalk on your phone. Which is what I'm guessing lots of people primarily use.

Can people that are using tapatalk click on the 'thanks' icon ?
Yes Phil, it is possible to thank while using tapatalk.
I think the 'Thanks" button / tally is WAY better than the facebook-type 'like' system.

Keeping track of who get's a lot of 'thanks' is an excellent way to judge who is putting in the time helping people / the hobby.
AND...the 'thanks' button will now help decide the POTM photographs. It will take the place of a cumbersome poll and the amount of thanks a particular pic gets, will Help determine if it makes it on the 'cover'

Better than Facebook? I think so. The BEST part of the 'thanks' feature is the ability to click and toggle from most to least and vice versa. Very helpful.
