I am a strong advocate of the 3 R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and the order is important. I reuse shipping boxes to keep cost down, and I know several people who do. I now like to "Flat Stanley" them. If you do not know who "Flat Stanley" is read: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flat_Stanley
I think it is cool to see how many places a shipping box can be reused. I am now writing the state and date on the inside flap of the box. It is an idea that I think is cool to pass on. Think of all the places the boxes can travel.
