Looking for female Tarapoto. Preferably proven. Will buy or can trade out for Juvi Melanistic Tarapoto.

What line of tara are you looking for, Tor Linbo or Understory Enterprises?

Hi Gary, thank you for your reply. I got my male from a friend who got it from SNDF. I looked at the TMG done on Imis and phenotipically he looks like a Tor Linbo. Are you familiar with Marcus line of Taras? Maybe you could give me some insight that way I know what female would be best. Thanks.

At one point Marcus was the distributor for Understory Enterprises. I got a pair of taras from him at that time. But, that was a few years ago. You would have to check with Marcus to be 100% sure. You really can't go by looks. I'm not sure if Marcus just stuck with the Understory Enterprises line or after he stopped being their distibutor he brought in some of Tor's line.

Send me a PM if you end up needing a female from the Tor line. I have a prolific pair of those and have frogs available from them most all the time.

I lost the female to my UE line of taras a little while ago and just managed to pick up another one. It will be awhile before I have any available.

Ok...I got to the bottom of the situation. It turns out my friend had a bit of a mix up with the lines and frogs but he got to the root of it all and confirmed that my Tara is from Understory.
