Came back from OBX last night to find this guy finally out of the water!
Should I pull him ?

This is a BF luec. He is pretty good at hiding at the moment. So a decent pic will take me a bit.

Nah pull him when there is an opportunity, it's a leuc will be fine. They are a group frog, unlike pums, had a 2-3 month old calling escudo juvie climbing glass to get away from his dad. Big difference.
