Can we recommend 10 gallon tanks ?

Title changed, or restored I should say. Hard to remember why it got changed in the first place. Sometimes it's me playing editor too much, other times someone else requests it.

Q times, grow outs, overflows ? I'm in favour of all those too. I just cringe when I see brand new hobbyists obviously cutting corners with a ten gallon tank.
