Poll - Where do you buy your frogs ?
#1
I'm curious to see where most of y'all buy your frogs. Please post an explanation if your choice is "other", and try to select the choice that is your most common method of buying frogs, as I know most of us have done them all.

Here's a "Tie- in" thread that goes along nicely with Chris's poll...

Didn't want to hijack the current "Selective Breeding" thread but here's my recommendation for acquiring new genetic material (unrelated frogs) for breeding...

1. Travel @ 3 hours or more in different directions to attend Reptile Shows.

2. Make numerous contacts on Dart Frog specific forums and arrange to have someone courier the frogs to the show.

This beats the $70.00 shipping fee and is much safer. I have heard of frogs literally being driven up and down the entire East Coast to shows - arranged pre-buys.

So, your Frog meetings and Gatherings and pre-arranged courier frogs to be picked up at a nearby Reptile show are both great ideas to beat shipping costs.

Some of this may be another artifact of people using mobile devices -- Tapatalk shows the thread, but not the poll...
