What type of frog is this?

I bought a frog today at the Tampa Reptile Expo, and I forgot what it is called -- Can you help with the species? The seller said it was a sniplawali i believe. Has black legs and green/blue body with black spots. It is in a 5.5g with Sphagnum Moss substrate that is quite saturated and some driftwood. Is this ok?

Discovered it was a Dendrobates tinctorius Blue Sipaliwini.
