It's been awhile since I have seen any "Uyama River" pics and wondered if they had stopped coming in.
I would like to compare pics from anyone who believes they have Uyamas. The few that i saw when they first came in look really nothing like the ones I am working with.

These are from last years imports. No need to rehash naming, etc. obviously we only have so much to go on but these were significantly different than what came in as "branco" or "christobal" in markings/color as well as overall size (these being smaller for the most part). Most are referring to these as "uyama river". Just based on looks they are quite a bit different from yours. Can't really say whether they come from the same (or close to the same) location.

All three different frogs by the way...

Thanks Robb,
Any vent shots?
Here are more pics. All of the Uyama River that Jerry collected looked pretty much the same , color-wise, with a little variation in patterns.
I have yet to see an "uyama" that looks like any of these Uyama River. Also some pics of a froglet. Pretty much the same colors as the adults.

Froglets.....click to enlarge.
Robb,
The leg reticulation on your first pic would stear me away from Uyama River.

No vent shots. I'll try to grab the camera next time I see them on the glass.

I wonder how long the Uyama River is? The leg color and patter look similar. Obviously you could have many variations occur on the length of a long river. From what I gathered the frogs were collected along the Uyama River (hence the name) the question is where along that river...
Not sure how long the Uyama is. It may very well be as long as the distance between the Robalo and Uyama, which is about the same distance as the gap between Uyama River and Darklands morphs. It may be the length of the farthest point on Basti Island to Salt Creek locals.

Anybody have pics of the Guaramo River morph? I've been told that the yellow "Uyama" frogs from 06 may be closer to the Guaramo morph.

Also, though I don't have a pic, the under belly of mine are mostly white with bits of mottled yellow and black throughout.
