Just thought you might like to see the video I took of one of my tricolor males depositing tads into the "pond". It was a half hour process, but I edited down to about 4 minutes. Quicktime required (apple.com)

Thanks! I counted 7 on his back at that point. There were already 2 or 3 that were the same size and 3 larger ones in the "pond". I have since set up a tad tank (1/3 land 2/3 water, sloping shore) and moved them all. The pond in the viv is fairly small, so I didn't want it getting too crowded.
