I just acquired a pair of O. pumilio almirante morph, and had a few questions for those that have experience with almirante, or other pumilio's.

1. What is the best day temps for them, and night temps ?

2. What kind of foods do they enjoy most ? right now I have CFR, springtails, pinheads, various fruit flies.

3. What are good food supplements for them ?

I think that is all for now, maybe I will think of more questions later.

I have them housed in an 18x18x18 cube, with various broms, and a few film canisters, and I am planning on breeding them. Thanks in advance,

1. Day 75-80F. Night, drop 5-10 degrees. Temps can vary a bit and need no always be the same, i.e no need to have 30 days in a row of exactly 75F temperatures.

2. Melanogaster Fruit Flies are best as they hold supefine powders - Vitamins and Calcium, really well. Feeder insect variation is also good, but a dusted staple is paramount, especially when seeking to supply breeding adults or growing froglets with much needed vitamins.

3. Vitamin Supplements ? There are 7-10 different brands and compositions commercially available right now. I recommend a rotation of at least 3-4 different kinds. Rapashy brand is very popular and recommended by lots of hobbyists right now.
