Once we get a steady amount of product , we will put it on this site. To check price just click on picture and it will bring up a description and price. We have been producing Fruit Flies for about 3 years. It started off as just something we would culture for our frogs, then it dawned on us,"We should make our own media". That is when we came up with this media. We researched and contacted other suppliers and got info on what they used. We then picked out what We liked and "BOOM" a Fruit Fly media that both Melongaster and Hydei Flourish in. Melanos produce larval within 5 days and Hydei within 13 days. This is truely a Remarkable FF media!

Thank you for looking and have a Froggy Day!
I am confused...you say you have been making ff cultures for 3 years but then I remember this thread on Dendroboard

You said you kept darts for 4 years (taking a break) on this forum

Did you go into business with someone who has been making cultures for 3 years? I am confused
Candy
OK let me clarify. I have been into PDF's for four years. I kept some Bumble bee(leucs) and an Azureus witch i bought for 100 as a froglet. I got out of it about 2 years ago. My brother still has some Azureus that I actually gave him(1) My brother and I are big on reptiles and we started making the cultures but I guess you can say it was mainly him but we both did the research and made the recipe together. Since I got back into PDF's I decided to try and Market the media. And that was my first time making my own culture because when we started the whole project of researching stuff for the recipe , my brother had made the cultures and never had to make them for myself. since then The recipe has changed a little and I wanted to make sure it worked for me as well for him. That way I can Make sure its easy to mix and not something you can mess up if you don't do it right. If you have any other questions regarding my posts let me know. I hope this answers your questions.

Hi Sam,

My only question is about this:
Samsonsfrogs Wrote:My brother and I are big reptiles

What kind of big reptiles are you guys, exactly?

Big Grin

Sorry - that was too good to pass up.
Lol good one Big Grin I forgot to put "big on" in there. Well lets see if I was a reptile.....hmmm... lets see ill choose a lizard and I would be a Nile Monitor. I had one as a youngster and would like to get another one ,one day. She was the coolest lizard I have ever been able to have as a pet. She ended up getting 5 feet long and we had to relocate her. My dad made the sell when I was at school and was broken hearted to come home to and empty backyard. Sad
Will probably be needing some media pretty soon.
