Not labeled has hybrid it was a "green leuc" and open to anyone to purchase $39.99.

FYI: I will not list the vendors name publicly, I am not going to get into the legality of slander.

No problem...

Just "arrange" for the info to "make it's way to Frog Day 2011" and after that event.....I'll post it on up here afterwards and it will never be able to be traced back to you. It will also give me some time to track it down and apply a couple more investigative sources to it - to pass the verification test.

Technically, I believe it would be libel. And, if its true and provable its just news.

That depends, not all jurisdictions have treated internet statements the same. This could be considered conversational, in addition we are looking at a tort (I sell dart frogs, so do they) of defamation which is still slander.
