In the destroying year (writers' strike) of Bad's virgin run, the all time best series was killed.
Deadwood. Soooo much potential. But most of the cast went on to quality work and oft previous applause and work.
Glad Bad made it and continues because it's far above par.
What do you think? Pick up exactly where it left off?
hard to say...only 8 shows - mini season like last year.
I have shades of that Chase directed HBO series ending - 'blackout' still in my mind.
1/2 way thru the season...I'm liking it and have no idea how it will turn out other than it cannot end like that 'artsy' Chase ending with James Gandolfini (RIP) in view and then.........
