I think I incorrectly referred to one of these as a "frog farm". I think "frog garden" is a much closer and correct English translation.
They are found here and there all over the country (Costa Rica) and are for the tourists. One BAD thing is that some frogs from all different parts of the country are captured and brought to the different enclosed gardens so they are NOT representative of the animals found in their vicinity. That would be more cool, if natural, but I guess we can't be too picky with someone else's country.
