i would say be wary of the product. first off FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY YOU GET 2 FOR THE PRICE OF ONE JUST PAY SHIPPING. how many of these products really work the way you see it on the telly. a friend of mine bought something like this at a trade show he used about 3 times. not sure if he used it ever after that. probably better to get a glass cutter and the plyers to cut the glass.

I don't know about the Hard Cuts Easy product, but I've seen this other cutter work in person -it was really easy to use and made real clean cuts. A little more expensive at $30 though

This is the first I'm hearing of this product, but its essentially similar to using a glass cutter and a pair of running pliers all in one. It most likely will only work on 1/4" glass of thinner. If its cared for properly it will be a great product. If you drop it on its cutting head, its going to be trash worthy but thats the same for all glass cutters. I know glass and tile are similar but tile is a lot more forgiving than glass and you can have a rougher cutting head and still get decent results.
$30 is not bad, I paid $45.00 for my glass cutter and $21.00 for replacement heads. I go through at least a case of 1/4" glass a month (thats 1300 sq ft of glass) and replace a cutter head every 2 months, roughly. I tend to be preemptive on my replacement only because I don't want to waste a sheet of glass if a score jumps the run. You won't be able to use it as much as I use my mine but you'll be able to get a lot of use out of it for small projects.
