My question is, with such a large space, is it safe to mix different species/morphs of dart frogs or do all the normal rules still apply? The viv would be 72x12.5x25. Any information for such a large viv would help immensely.

No one is ever going to be able to answer that or vouch for health and compatibility based solely on size of enclosure, ect.

There are many other variables to consider, such as -What is your level of experience with dart frogs ? Length of time in keeping and different species worked with ?
