I was taking another look at this issue today...
Say, you forget your password and try it a few times and then you get 'locked out of DD".
You then have to complete the CAPTCHA - a type of challenge-response test used in computing as an attempt to ensure that the response is generated by a live human and not a computer or cyborg / replicant. Our particular CAPTCHA is a 2 part puzzle wherein you must match up the first part picture with one of four pic choices that most closely resembles it. The 2nd part is another pic with 4 choices...
