No hard or fast answer...also depends on species and age of frogs. A lot of variables. A lot of plants ? Few plants ? Microfauna or not ?

True that. I've put frogs in a few days later and I waited for six months for one tank, but that was more to get the water balanced.

Growouts, temp tanks, etc...right away. Display vivs, 2 months minimum because I like to got the microfauna well established and allow the plants to root before they have frogs jumping all over them. I have one tank that I've been letting establish for about 7 months now...think its time for frogs
