Hello Denizens of DartDen!
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Aaron and I am DendroTerra's new communications manager.
The Chief Operating Officer, Tobias, has been overwhelmingly busy with the upkeep of our greenhouses and vivaria, as well as a number of improvements to our new facility. Tobias's primary responsibility has always been to provide our plants and animals with the care and attention that they need, so he has brought me on to focus on customer care and satisfaction.
I will be handling day-to-day inquiries regarding our current inventory, order processing, lead times, and and any other general questions you may have about DendroTerra. Please feel free to introduce yourself, and let me know if you have any questions for us.
