I have had my Viv setup for two weeks now and I noticed
Green mold growing on the wood is this normal
Should I do anything about it
I did seed the Viv with springtails should I add more

Mold of all different colours is fairly common in vivariums and crops up from time to time. It should go away on it's own fairly quickly. I would only be worried if it spreads- doubles in size, for instance or persists for months and months.

It should not harm the plants or animals, so no worries there.

Should you see springtails climbing around in the viv

Yes, lots of springtails is a good thing.
