Just thought I would share how I feed out my springtails.
I use all charcoal cultures and always keep an inch or so of water in the bottom.
When ready to use them I tilt the container over the Viv so that the springtails are floating on the water. Then I take my turkey baster and suck up as many as I can. Squeeze the water back into the culture so there is only a drop or so of water left in the tip of the baster. Then shoot the springs into the Viv.
I can usually get hundreds with just two or three squirts. Also it allows me to put a few extras next to hiding froglets.
