If anyone could help me out with this it would be aprreciated. I have talked with a couple people and the opinions vary. I have been told by some that the dart frogs should have a black light and I have been told by some that it could burn them. Anybody have an answer as to whether I should put one in the tank or not? I would appreciate any reply.
Thanks,
Josh

No a black light will not do anything for the dart frogs. It may burn them depending on how strong the light is and how deep the tank is. But on a side note halogen blacklight bulbs or any halogen bulb for that matter will dry out the tank and also create hotspots which could be dangerous and even fatal to frogs. Well I hope this helps
