Apparently there are some people experimenting with this stuff, using it to mist occasiaonlly as an additional source of calcium.

Do your frogs now suffer from "low blood calcium levels as the result of Calcium and/or Vitamin D deficiency"?
I doubt replacing total vitamin mixes with this is the way to go, reading what info is offered.
Also, "used as prescribed by your vet" tells me this is not a 'drop and go' supplement...

I would say No. This product has a very specific use. And as Rich pointed out, they recommend you coord w your Vet. I imagine it would be nice to have on hand if a frog should escape,or is sick and not eating and you need a rehydrate to keep them from the brink of death. Repashy makes great products, so I can't imagine they would pass up promoting other advantages of this product if it could function as proxy for the Cal Plus supplement line.
I was just asking. I didn't read what stuff is in either one. just figured that the rescue remedy would have a little extra something that would be good for them. I also read that they do say ask your vet. about that there are no vets in my area that I would say could answer my questions. also they say weigh it out.
but I guess it is only to be used as a rescue remedy and only that.
