Now that the tads have popped out of the eggs I have moved them to their own containers with tad tea, java moss, and a almond leaf.
How long do I wait before feeding them? I'm mixing tad bites and sera micron and going to give a bite every three days. Does that sound right?
yep....sounds good. I would feed no more than 2 tiny tad bites per week. These are Tinc or tinc-type tadpoles?

I'd also alternate with some algae or spirulina between tadpole bites, with a final feeding of 2-3 total per week and in all cases, feeding small is better than feeding too much.

If the food is uneaten in 2 days, plus or minus, you can always suck it up with a turkey baster and remove the leftovers. When they get older and large, you'll really see how much they can eat !

You'll be surprised on how much they graze on that leaf.
Yes they are tincs

I would wait 3-4 days before feeding them anything. If they get hungry they'll eat the Java or biofilm on the leaf.

Feeding too early can cause mouth rot/fungus. Like Phil said, smaller amounts more often is always better.
We all have different ways of doing things especially raising tads. Cindy gave me some advice on her technique's.
She does not feed tads for 3-4 days when they emerge from the egg sack. I do not pull them and put them in cups till they are free swimming in the Petri dish. Another thing is she does not use tadpole tea just spring water with some java moss. I put a small piece of mag leaf in each container.
I have been doing the same as above and do not feed tadpole bites IME it clouds the water and even feeding a couple times a week sits on the bottom of the cup. I do not do water changes just add water when needed.

Congrats on your tads, I bet you will have many in times to come.
Try a few things see what works for you and stick with it or change and see if you get better results or not.
Essential when raising numerous Tinc / 'Tinc-type tadpoles. Essential.

Let me ask do your tads swim around alot it seems every time I look at them they are in the same spot
for the 1st week, give or take, they stay pretty still. It takes them a number of days until they get some added muscle mass to their tail to allow them to really cut loose and jet around.
Ok will keep watching
