i think that Sagina subulata will require more light than you'll be able to give it in a viv.
Java moss which is commonly available for aquariums does really well in moist tanks. it can handle a wide range of light conditions, and will spread onto wood or backgrounds if kept moist enough. it is also happy growing completely submerged in water features. it seems to me to be the most reliable moss.
