Many guys over here use wild foods,the consencus here seems to be the benefits outway the risks of course huge care when collecting is paramount,we also pick up a variety of tiny spiders and other small stuff,tiny beetles etc when collecting.As above imensley difficult to qualify the risks! Our only so far sick(stress related i think) sick frog has relished these before he was really interested in ff's again. so a beginners take to add to the above
