Hi Kris,
I've been taking pics and working on the new book for over a year now. The new lenses will help with the in-situ shots and others on a different level than the first book. I hope to have volume two done within the year.
There is no hard cover or glossy available from that publisher, sorry. Finding a house to publish that many color , high -res pics for an affordable price was not an easy task.
