Is it possible to have the members list sort by location? I just tried it, and maybe im missing something, but it would be nice to see the users from given areas all together...If this exists elsewhere here, please let me know.

Not possible yet - well , with any degree of usefulness, anyway.
We are going to try to implement some helpful location data, and we'll try to make that searchable while at the same time, protecting the wishes of any member who does not want to input same. It is planned... Along with regional groups and organizations, list and icons ect. Like the MADS group.
