There's really no way to know without a microscope.
Take it to a glass shop they may be able to tell you.
Most aquariums are tempered on the bottom not on the sides
Check the corners for a label. Nearly all glass companies that temper glass will add a label to the corner of the glass before putting it into the oven.
Look at the glass through polarized sunglasses (expensive pair) to reveal a pattern in the glass = tempered.
