I've heard 2 rumours of new "North American" licenses but not enough info to post yet.

Nothing secret about a license Stu. I think more people should get them - competition makes for a better hobby, IMO. It would be nice for you to be able to publicly recommend a vendor or person, so that others can learn who is good.
