OP4 and vitamin D3 issues

lots of folks seem interested in getting uvA and uvB light to their frogs. Assuming that one is using UV transmissive low iron glass or acrylic and using enough uv wattage to allow good 'basking', does this affect the desirability of using vit D3 with one's calcium supplementation ?

Good question, especially since we are talking about UVB lighting of late.
