Almost all Dart Frogs can utilize the same substrate - not a problem there.
A lot of people use an "ABG" mixture. Take a gander at some of the threads on soils , ABG and substrates in this subforum: plants-bromeliads-aroids-moss-and-soil-f24/ Where are you located ? We can probably get you some substrate locally or thru a sponsor / business nearby (save on shipping).
