Creeping fig (Ficus pumila) it's cheaper to buy in the ground cover dept (or take a few cutting from someone). It grows like CRAZY.

one is probably more than enough....those things grow fast. "Creeping" ? They should call em' ....RUNNING fig.

Well Phil the thing about only having one is I don't have a green thumb. At all! This is my third batch of ficus. I just got a gallon sized bag from a DB member. It wasn't a rooted portion, but some he just pulled from one of his tanks. His advice was to lay down moss and the ficus on top, lots of light and keep it moist. Well that didn't work out. Maybe it's my dip before the tank. Also a bad experience with slugs, so I dip everything. Any advice on how to get it to Run!?!
