Putting together a tank for a pair of imi's and want to make sure there is a hellacious population of springs when they finally get in the tank. Who has the best bang for their buck as far as seeding cultures go? Really want to get it right.

"buy a culture, split a culture"...I'll bump that thread for ya.
Main thing...make sure your substrate is not 'liquid' mush - too waterlogged.
Lots of leaf little - layers of small oak and larger magnolia leaves. A wood feature - cork bark is good to have too.
add the springs as far in advance as you can to give them time to take hold and propagate.
