Question. Are those pics the frogs sold ? In other words, are they supposed to be 2-3 months out of the water in the pics?
Darts with parasites are analogous to mixed tanks, there are no known benefits to the frogs with either.
If tone is more important to you than content, you are at the wrong place.

Those are the frogs that were sold yes. Those pics were not taken the same time the add went up no. They were maybe a month and a half or so at time of pic if i remember right. Why?

Because they look closer to the age you say they are pictured than sold.
