I have such trouble keeping the viv humidity high enough here in So Cal. (When it's not weirdly humid like it's been recently, anyway.) I honestly thought the screen top covered mostly by acrylic was doing a good enough job. Then I built my first viv, and used a glass top.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK. ;-)
